The A2002 SuperBike is Corghi’s semi-automatic tyre changer, developed specifically for the maintenance of motorcycles, scooters, go-karts, and ATVs. With a clamping range from 4” to 26”, it offers a versatile solution for repair shops and tire shops specializing in the motorcycle sector.

The machine features an extremely versatile swing arm and a structure derived from car tyre changers—a design choice that combines sturdiness, ease of use, and long-term reliability. Particular attention has been paid to the clamping system, designed to ensure proper wheel clamping and rim protection during operations.

The dedicated bead breaker blade for motorcycle and scooter rims, combined with modular clamping jaws and specific accessories, allows for handling a wide range of applications with high operational convenience.

Features and functions

Self-centring plate with modular clamps

The clamping system uses modular clamps with plastic protectors in both the support area and the clamping area, ensuring the wheel is held securely and protecting the rim’s profile. The SET UP 4” system also allows wheels of up to 4” to be clamped.

Flag-type operating arm

The operating arm is designed to be easy to use and robust. The rim diameter is adjusted manually using a dedicated knob, whilst the turret is locked in place using a lever at the end of the vertical arm.

Specialised tyre-removal lever

The tyre changer uses a compact, contoured tyre lever designed specifically for motorbike and scooter wheels. A plastic guard is always provided to prevent direct contact with the rim during operation.

Specialist accessories for the motorcycling world

Specific accessories are available to further expand the machine’s operational capabilities, including a removable motorcycle wheel platform, a BPL bead-pressing device, a racing motorcycle and ATV clamp kit, and a complete TPA-Wing turret kit.
