Mobile Service is the Corghi solution designed to take wheel demounting, mounting and balancing beyond the workshop, thanks to an equipped, autonomous van engineered to work with the same efficiency as a professional workstation.
Designed for tyre specialists, workshops and specialised operators, it enables rapid intervention at customers’ premises, fleet locations, automotive events and in all mobile service activities where flexibility, autonomy and operational quality are essential.

Agile and compact
The van has compact dimensions, with a height below 2 metres, and is suitable for moving both in open areas and in indoor environments or locations with restricted access.
Fully autonomous
Mobile Service can operate autonomously thanks to the supplied batteries. Where available, it can also use the mains power supply or the vehicle alternator.
No cylinders or generators
The absence of cylinders and generators allows the van to be used even in underground or basement car parks.
Ergonomic, just like in the workshop
The tyre changer operates steadily on the ground and the wheel balancer is moved outside the van, ensuring a comfortable and efficient operating mode.
Equipped for every intervention
The setup allows external devices such as power tools, jacks or impact wrenches to be connected, thanks to 220 Volt power sockets and a 10 Bar pneumatic line.
Tyre changer, wheel balancer and compressor
in one mobile service
Mobile Service integrates the Corghi technologies required to perform a complete wheel service even away from the workshop. The setup includes a professional tyre changer, an electronic wheel balancer and a compressor, arranged to ensure fast intervention and maximum operational convenience.
Leva la Leva tyre changer for wheels up to 30”
The system can be configured with Artiglio 55, a tyre changer for car, SUV and commercial vehicle wheels up to 30”.
Leva la Leva technology reduces operator fatigue and limits the risk of damage to delicate or complex rims and tyres, making work more efficient even on new-generation tyres, from low-profile to run flat tyres.
The tyre changer is equipped with pneumatically assisted handling. This makes it possible to extract and reposition the machine in the van quickly, reducing physical effort and improving intervention productivity.
Electronic wheel balancer for cars, vans and motorcycles
The setup includes a special version of electronic wheel balancer for mobile service, designed for car, van and motorcycle wheels, with lever-operated motorised spin, SmartArm automatic wheel dimension detection and lever-operated wheel parking brake.
The machine is extracted from the side door and allows the operator to work comfortably outside the van.
