The Artiglio 500 is Corghi’s automatic tyre changer, designed to handle car, SUV, and commercial vehicle wheels up to 32” with reliability and continuous operation.
Based on second-generation “Leva la Leva®” technology, it allows for lever-free operation, reducing the operator’s physical effort and improving the quality of the final result.

The machine incorporates a series of advanced technical solutions: dynamic bead breaking with a dual-disc bead breaker disc, a newly designed head assembly, a high-performance wheel-clamping plate, and a Reinforced structure—all engineered to ensure reliability, speed, and safety even during the most demanding operations.

The Artiglio 500 is a robust, versatile, and intuitive solution, ideal for shops that work daily with large-diameter, low-profile, or Run Flat tyres and seek high performance without operational complications.

‘LEVA LA LEVA’ TECHNOLOGY – 2nd GENERATION

Corghi’s “Leva la Leva” technology, when applied to the cylinder head,
allows disassembly operations to be carried out without the use of a lever, thereby permanently eliminating the physical strain on the operator

The assembly procedure retains the same ease and speed, ensuring operational continuity and control.

DOUBLE STALLONATOR WITH CONTROLLED PENETRATION

The dynamic tyre-removal device, featuring twin mirror-image removal discs, ensures precision, speed and repeatability

The patented controlled penetration
allows for effective operation even on tyres with stiff sidewalls, whilst the rapid second bead removal procedure – made possible by the patented disc movement –
speeds up operations in the most challenging situations.

NEWLY DESIGNED HEAD ASSEMBLY

The head assembly is designed to ensure smooth movement, safety and operational reliability

Movements remain constant and controlled, improving the quality of the work and reducing operator fatigue.

The self-centring disc
with manual mechanical locking ensures quick and secure clamping.
It allows both sides of the tyre to be demounted without having to rotate the wheel, improving operational speed and control throughout all stages of the work.

STANDARD WHEEL LIFT

The wheel lift, supplied as standard, allows any type of wheel weighing up to 85 kg to be positioned on the self-centring unit with ease, improving ergonomics and safety in the workshop.

INTUITIVE CONTROL PANEL

The multifunction console houses all the operating controls in a clear and accessible manner.
It is ideal for managing dynamic tyre removal and also allows for pneumatic-to-rim match-mounting, thanks to the two dual-control discs.
