The BT100 is Corghi’s MCTC-NET-certified roller brake tester for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles with a maximum axle weight of up to 4,000 kg. Data acquisition is fully electronic and based on high-precision strain gauge load cells, designed to ensure reliability, measurement accuracy, and resistance to overloads.

The system can be used as a standalone brake tester or integrated into a complete inspection lane. It is compatible with vehicles equipped with ABS and permanent all-wheel drive (4WD) and can be connected to suspension testers, drift testers, opacimeters, gas analysers, headlight testers, and other vehicle inspection equipment.

The roller bed, coated with epoxy resin and quartz powder, is designed to ensure long-term durability and maximum tyre protection. The range also includes the BT90 model, based on the same platform and intended for the same inspection applications.
