The C&S 1800 is Corghi’s top-of-the-range nitrogen generator, designed to continuously convert compressed air into high-purity nitrogen for the inflation of tyres on trucks, buses, industrial machinery, and passenger cars. The machine is equipped with a dual high-efficiency filtration system to protect the separation membrane, an air/nitrogen selector for use as an integrated inflation station, and provisions for connecting an additional tank.
The range also includes the C&S 300 and C&S 500 models, designed for tyre inflation on cars, vans, and motorcycles. Both are equipped with an integrated 100-liter tank, a dual filtration system, and a mobile frame for use in different areas of the workshop.
Corghi generators produce nitrogen using membrane separators that separate oxygen molecules from nitrogen molecules, achieving a purity of up to 95%. The use of nitrogen helps reduce natural tyre pressure loss, improve tyre life, reduce fuel consumption, and limit corrosion and overheating.
