The DV120 is Corghi’s pneumatic bead presser, designed to facilitate wheel mounting and dismounting operations on wheels with a bead groove located away from the rim flange.
It helps position the bead more easily, reducing operator effort during the most demanding tasks.
Powered by a double-acting pneumatic cylinder with a manual lever control, it can be used on all types of rims and serves as a practical and versatile tool for daily truck tyre service operations. A dedicated mounting bracket is also available for the HD range.
