The EM 9580 C Plus LaserLine Touchscreen is a professional wheel balancer equipped with a 22” widescreen Touchscreen monitor, designed to make wheel balancing operations faster, more precise, and more intuitive. The machine handles wheels weighing up to 85 kg, with a maximum diameter of 1,118 mm, and rims up to 28”.
The SMART ARM PLUS digital gauge automatically measures the wheel’s diameter and distance and incorporates FSP and LaserBlade technologies, simplifying program selection and the identification of balancing planes. The AWD automatic sensor, meanwhile, detects the wheel’s width without contact.
The electromechanical automatic wheel clamping system reduces operating time and increases centring accuracy. The WM PLUS function also reduces processing time by up to 20% and counterweight usage by up to 30%, delivering immediate economic and environmental benefits.

SMART ARM PLUS with FSP and LaserBlade

The digital gauge automatically measures the wheel’s diameter and offset. The integrated FSP and LaserBlade technologies speed up programme selection and clearly identify the planes on which to fit the wheel weights.

Automatic wheel lock

The electromechanical system automatically locks the wheel onto the balancer’s spindle, helping to reduce processing time and improve the accuracy of the balancing process.

Automatic AWD width detection

The AWD (Auto Width Device) sensor automatically measures the width of the wheel without making contact, thereby completing the collection of the data required for the balancing cycle.

The large widescreen monitor with touchscreen interface makes it easy to view data and select functions during day-to-day operations.

WM PLUS
The WM PLUS function optimises the use of counterweights and processing time, enabling a reduction of up to 20 per cent in operating times and up to 30 per cent in the use of weights.

Space-saving wheel guard

The housing is designed to allow the wheel balancer to be positioned close to the wall and enables work to be carried out on wheels with a maximum diameter of 44”, equivalent to 1,118 mm.

Ergonomic weight tray

The tray features spacious compartments for different types of counterweights and tools, keeping everything you need tidy and easily accessible.
