The ERCO 5004 series is designed for workshops that require greater lifting capacity and Wheel alignment configurations. With models rated at 5,000 kg, the series meets the needs of tire shops, auto repair shops, wheel alignment centers, and facilities that work on larger and heavier vehicles.

The series includes three main configurations:

  • ERCO 5004 W, a 4-column version with a 5,000 kg capacity
  • ERCO 5004 WCT, a version dedicated to wheel alignment
  • ERCO 5004 CT LT EVO, complete wheel alignment version with an integrated wheel-free lift beam

The wheel alignment
versions are designed to ensure 3D wheel alignment compatibility, thanks to wide platforms and an internal column spacing of 2,950 mm.

The internal spacing between the columns has been designed to ensure compatibility with modern 3D wheel alignment equipment, making it easier to check and adjust the vehicle’s wheel alignment. Rotating plates are also available.

Safety integrated into every stage of the process

The safety devices operated by electromagnets and the system comprising four independent ropes help to ensure stability, reliability and protection during lifting operations.
