ERCO XC5500 is the Corghi underwheel electro-hydraulic scissor lift designed for wheel alignment checks and professional maintenance operations on passenger cars, SUVs and light commercial vehicles. The range is available in different configurations to meet the specific operational requirements of any workshop.

The series also includes:
• ERCO XC5500 CT
• ERCO XC5500 CT LT

The CT versions are equipped with integrated rear slip plates and front turntables for wheel alignment operations, while the LT versions include a wheel-free auxiliary lift, ideal for facilitating maintenance and servicing activities.
Thanks to its scissor structure, automatic runway levelling system and dual-cylinder lift-table configuration, the ERCO XC5500 delivers precision, stability and versatility throughout every stage of operation.

Also available in the ERCO XC4500 version with a lifting capacity of 4,500 kg.

Features and functions

Dual-cylinder lift-table

The auxiliary platform integrates two lifting cylinders designed to ensure continuous parallelism during operation and improve vehicle lifting stability.

Slip plates

Versions dedicated to wheel alignment are equipped with rear slip plates featuring pneumatic locking controlled directly from the control unit.

Lift-table with double extensions

Front and rear lift-table extensions increase flexibility when engaging lifting points, eliminating the need to reposition the vehicle on the lift.

Automatic levelling system

The Master/Slave hydraulic system automatically maintains correct runway alignment during lifting operations, ensuring precision and operational safety.
