EXACT 7 SMART is Corghi’s wheel alignment system designed for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Thanks to its 8-sensor wireless configuration, docking station with integrated charging system, and compact structure, it offers a practical and professional solution for repair shops seeking ease of installation and operational reliability.

The sensors feature high-resolution cameras, an inclinometer, and an electronic level, ensuring precise and stable measurements. Wireless data transmission via 2.4 GHz industrial radio and the sensors’ light weight further enhance ease of use and speed.

The EXACT PLUS software rounds out the package with a vehicle database of over 84,000 vehicles, intuitive adjustment procedures, and compatibility with PROADAS for ADAS calibration.

8 WIRELESS SENSORS

The system uses four high-precision wireless sensors, each featuring a dual-sensor design, an electronic inclinometer and an integrated spirit level. Communication takes place via 2.4 GHz industrial radio to ensure reliability and operational stability.

DOCKING STATION WITH BUILT-IN CHARGING

The docking station allows the sensors to be stored and recharged in a simple and tidy manner. It can be installed either on the wall or on the floor, depending on the workshop’s requirements.

EXACT PLUS SOFTWARE

The EXACT PLUS software includes a database of over 84,000 vehicles, off-centre compensation, guided adjustments with animated sliders and a graphical printout of the work carried out.

PROADAS COMPATIBILITY

EXACT 7 SMART is compatible with the PROADAS system for calibrating the radar and cameras of driver assistance systems fitted to new-generation vehicles.
