EXACT 70 Plus II-Radio is Corghi’s computerized wheel alignment system featuring 8 CCD sensors, designed to provide precise measurements and comprehensive adjustment procedures for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, and—using dedicated accessories—even trucks and trailers. Available in 2.4 GHz wireless radio or wired versions, it offers a reliable solution for workshops looking to expand their wheel alignment and vehicle geometry diagnostics services.

The system integrates the EXACT PLUS software, developed to guide the operator through all measurement and adjustment phases thanks to an intuitive interface, an extremely extensive Vehicle database, and numerous procedures tailored for wheel alignment professionals.

EXACT 70 Plus II-Radio is also compatible with the universal PROADAS system, enabling precise workstation alignment for calibrating the cameras and radar of ADAS systems on next-generation vehicles.

8-sensor CCD detectors

CCD detectors are available in either 2.4 GHz wireless or wired versions. The wireless version allows the batteries to be recharged directly on the cabinet using a dedicated holder.

EXACT PLUS software

The EXACT PLUS software runs on a multilingual Windows 10 IoT platform and offers advanced wheel alignment procedures, an extensive vehicle database and a wide range of tools to assist with adjustment.

PROADAS compatibility

The system is compatible with PROADAS and enables the precise alignment of the workstation for the calibration of driver assistance systems fitted to new-generation vehicles.

Professional operational configuration

A mobile trolley, a dedicated professional PC, foot pedals, a steering lock and a wide range of brackets and accessories specifically designed for cars and lorries complete the system configuration.
