RAPIDE GO is Corghi’s dynamic drive-through precheck system designed to turn every vehicle that enters the shop into a new service opportunity. As the vehicle drives across the platform, the system fully automatically analyzes the vehicle’s dynamic behavior and determines whether a wheel alignment check is necessary.
Unlike traditional procedures, RAPIDE GO does not require a dedicated operator and does not slow down the workshop’s workflow. The result is a quick and effective inspection that can be performed on virtually all vehicles entering the intake area.

DYNAMIC PRE-CHECK ON PASSAGE
RAPIDE GO automatically monitors the vehicle’s dynamic geometry whilst it is driving over the platform, providing an immediate indication of the suspension’s condition.
IMMEDIATE DIAGNOSTIC INDICATOR
A handy traffic light system indicates the result of the check:
Green: no issues detected
; Yellow: alignment check recommended
; Red: alignment check required

ANALYSIS OF DYNAMIC FORCES
The system measures toe-in, camber, caster and conicity, assessing the balance of the axles and the vehicle’s dynamic drift.
TYRE WEAR PREDICTION
RAPIDE GO provides an estimate of tyre wear based on the conditions recorded during the test, helping the workshop to recommend preventative and corrective measures.
POST-ADJUSTMENT CHECK
Following adjustments to the suspension, the system allows the vehicle’s dynamic behaviour to be assessed without the need for a road test, resulting in significant time savings and greater operational safety.
REPORTS AND PROJECT ARCHIVE
All test results are archived and can be retrieved at a later date. The customisable reports enable us to clearly show the customer the results obtained and any recommended actions.
