ERCO HC4002 B SE is the Corghi electro-hydraulic 2-post lift with base designed to provide stable, safe and long-lasting performance in everyday workshop operations. With a lifting capacity of 4,000 kg, it is designed to handle a wide range of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles while ensuring operational reliability and ease of use.

Developed for non-CE markets and compliant with AS/NZS 1418.9:1996 and AS/NZS 2550.9:1996, the lift combines a proven technical configuration with practical workshop functionality. Its robust structure, reinforced arm design and manually controlled operating system make it an ideal choice for workshops looking for durability, simplicity and cost-effective performance.
The new reinforced 2-stage + 2-stage arms, high-efficiency hydraulic system and chain-driven carriage contribute to long-term reliability, even under intensive operating conditions.

The lift is also equipped with integrated safety devices and operator protection systems to provide safe and precise vehicle lifting.

New reinforced 2-stage + 2-stage arms

The new front and rear dual-stage arm design has been developed to cover a wide range of vehicles while improving durability and lifting versatility. Single-stage lifting pads provide a lifting range from 100 mm to 140 mm.

Optimised hydraulic circuit

The improved hydraulic circuit ensures stable synchronisation, reduces component wear and contributes to long-term operational reliability.

Chain-driven carriage

The chain-driven lifting carriage provides proven mechanical reliability and robustness, even under intensive workshop use.

Integrated safety guards

Rubber vehicle door protection, foot guards and an arm rotation lock system with toothed sector help increase operator safety and vehicle protection during daily operations.
