The ET1450 TruckLine is the Corghi wheel balancer designed for those seeking maximum versatility in a compact format. Designed for truck repair shops, tire centers, mobile service providers, and facilities with limited space, it allows you to work on truck, bus, commercial vehicle, and passenger car wheels using a single machine.

Despite its compact size, it incorporates technologies typically found in high-end wheel balancers, such as Smart Arm with FSP function, inverter technology, automatic AWC wheel width calculation, and an integrated 150 kg wheel lift. The result is a machine that is fast, precise, and easy to use every day.

It is suitable for use on the wheels of lorries, buses, off-road vehicles, commercial vehicles and cars.

SMART ARM WITH FSP AND AWC

The Smart Arm system automatically detects the distance and wheel diameter (up to 28”), whilst the Fast Selection Program automatically selects the most suitable balancing programme. The AWC (Auto Width Calculation) system virtually determines the wheel width without the need for dedicated sensors, further reducing operating times.

COUNTERWEIGHT APPLICATION

COUNTERWEIGHT APPLICATION

The ET1450 offers maximum operational freedom. The counterweights can be positioned manually at the 12 o’clock position, manually at the 6 o’clock position, or using the optional laser pointer, allowing the operator to choose the most effective working method.

INVERTER TECHNOLOGY

The Motorised version uses an inverter-controlled launch system that ensures greater precision, reliability and energy efficiency. The electronic motor control optimises performance and enhances the user’s operating experience.
