The ET1650 TruckLine is the Corghi wheel balancer designed for professionals who work daily in the truck, bus, and heavy transport sectors. Developed to handle large, heavy wheels, it combines measurement precision, ease of use, and advanced ergonomics in a single solution.

Thanks to the Smart Arm Plus system, the integrated pneumatic lift, and Inverter technology, the operator can work more quickly and accurately, minimizing physical effort and increasing workshop productivity.

Features and functions

SMART ARM PLUS WITH FSP AND LASERBLADE

The Smart Arm Plus system automatically detects the distance and diameter of the wheel (up to 30”), activating the correct programme via the Fast Selection Programme (FSP) function. The LaserBlade pointer improves accuracy and visibility when selecting the inner surfaces of the rim, speeding up the balancing process.

DIGITAL DISPLAY WITH INSTANT ACCESS

The large digital display enables intuitive management of the balancing programmes and the machine’s main functions, allowing the operator to work quickly and without complications.

DPA AND ELECTROMAGNETIC BRAKE

The Direct Positioning Automatic (DPA) function automatically moves the wheel into the correct balancing position at the end of the cycle. The electromagnetic brake makes it easier to clean the rim and fit the balancing weights, improving ergonomics and productivity.

LASER LINE PRO AND LED LIGHT SOURCE

Adhesive counterweights can be applied in three different ways, with the aid of the Laser Line Pro system, which improves precision and speed. The integrated LED illuminator enhances visibility of the working area and makes the task easier, even in the most challenging conditions

INTEGRATED 300 KG WHEEL LIFT

The integrated pneumatic lift makes it easy to handle wheels weighing up to 300 kg, ensuring correct alignment and drastically reducing the strain on the operator. A solution designed to improve safety and efficiency in truck workshops.

NEW-GENERATION LAUNCH AND MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

This latest-generation measuring unit ensures high precision and reliability on the wheels of lorries, cars and commercial vehicles alike. The inverter technology optimises performance and helps to reduce energy consumption and component wear.
