WIRELESS CCD SENSORS
At the heart of the system are four wireless CCD detectors, each fitted with eight high-resolution sensors. The RX2.4 industrial radio communication system ensures maximum reliability and freedom of movement during alignment operations
ORP TECHNOLOGY AND ADVANCED COMPENSATION
The ORP (Optimal Runout Procedure) algorithm allows you to select the most suitable compensation mode, using push, 2-point, rapid 3-point or previous compensation recall procedures
HOT-SWAP AND LONG-LIFE BATTERIES
Removable batteries can be replaced during measurements without interrupting work. The Long-Life management system extends the life of the batteries and ensures operational continuity even during peak workloads
EXACT PLUS SOFTWARE
EXACT PLUS offers an intuitive interface, guided procedures, graphic animations, advanced ROC management and a database containing over 84,000 cars and commercial vehicles. Dedicated procedures are also available for lorries, buses and trailers.
PROADAS COMPATIBILITY
The wheel alignment system is compatible with the PROADAS universal system for calibrating ADAS systems. Using the alignment sensors, it is possible to correctly align the radar and camera systems fitted to the vehicle.
iONE CRUISER STEERING WHEEL RESET
The iONE CRUISER STEERING WHEEL RESET module allows you to reset the steering angle directly from the wheel alignment system’s interface and enables the clearing of fault codes from the electronic control units. A comprehensive report is included in the final wheel alignment printout.
