EXACT Linear E Plus is Corghi’s new 3D wheel alignment system, designed to offer professional precision, ease of use, and everyday reliability. Thanks to its robust construction, high-quality components, and new intuitive software, it enables fast and accurate measurements with data display down to 0.01°.

Designed for workshops seeking an advanced yet user-friendly system, it features a high-resolution Hi-Q camera, next-generation passive targets, and a constantly updated international database. The result is a faster, more precise, and more immediate alignment process, even for less experienced operators.

The manual camera bar adjustment system, equipped with a built-in safety device, ensures convenience and reliability at every stage of the process. Compatibility with the PROADAS system also allows for easy integration of the ADAS calibration service within the repair shop.

The new software has been developed to provide fast and intuitive wheel alignment management. The modern interface, the progress bar, the collapsible vertical menu and the step-by-step guides help the operator to work more quickly and safely.

HI-Q HIGH-RESOLUTION CAMERAS

HI-Q HIGH-RESOLUTION CAMERAS

The latest generation of Hi-Q digital cameras ensure accurate measurements thanks to computer vision technology and a differential measurement function that eliminates errors caused by reflections and difficult lighting conditions.

HIGH-RESOLUTION PASSIVE TARGETS

These lightweight, high-resolution targets can be easily removed from the bracket and are compatible with all Corghi mounting solutions. The built-in infrared filter ensures high resistance to sunlight glare.

MANUAL OPERATION OF THE CAMERA RAIL

The manual adjustment system allows the measuring crossbar to be quickly positioned at the correct height. The handle-operated mechanism and the safety system with foot-operated release ensure ergonomics and reliability whilst working.

PROADAS COMPATIBILITY

Thanks to its compatibility with the universal PROADAS system, the wheel alignment system can be used as a basis for ADAS calibration procedures, which are increasingly in demand from manufacturers and motorists.
