EXACT Linear Plus is Corghi’s 3D wheel alignment system, designed to deliver professional precision, ease of use, and reliability in everyday work. Thanks to high-resolution Hi-Q cameras, intuitive software, and automated management of key operations, it enables fast and accurate measurements with data display down to 0.01°.

It’s easy to use right away thanks to its simplified interface, Guided procedures, and quick access to key adjustment values. The quality of its components and its compact design ensure sturdiness, durability, and ease of installation—even in workshops with limited space.

Designed to meet the needs of modern workshops, EXACT Linear Plus is compatible with the PROADAS system and can be equipped with the optional automatic deck level tracking feature, further improving speed and productivity.

The latest-generation digital cameras ensure high measurement accuracy thanks to machine vision technology and differential measurement, which eliminates interference caused by reflections and variations in ambient light

HIGH-RESOLUTION PASSIVE TARGETS

The targets are lightweight, easy to remove and compatible with all Corghi mounts. The built-in infrared filter improves resistance to sun glare and ensures reliability even in the most demanding operating conditions.

CLAMPONTYRE COMPATIBILITY

CLAMPONTYRE COMPATIBILITY

The system is compatible with ClampOnTyre quick-release brackets, which allow it to be secured to the wheel without coming into contact with the rim, thereby improving speed, precision and operational safety.

INTEGRATED LIFT WITH AUTOTRACKING

The integrated lift allows the measuring unit to be moved quickly and, with the optional Autotracking function, automatically tracks the level of the deck, maintaining constant alignment throughout operations.

PROADAS COMPATIBILITY

EXACT Linear Plus can be integrated with the PROADAS universal system for ADAS calibration, enabling alignment and calibration to be carried out as part of a single workflow.
