SMART CORGHI SYSTEM – CONTACTLESS TECHNOLOGY

The patented Corghi system guarantees that:

the rim is never touched

complete elimination of tension in the tyre

synchronised movements between the tool and the wheel for maximum safety

DOUBLE STALLIONATOR WITH CONTROLLED PENETRATION

The dynamic tyre-beading system, featuring twin mirrored beading discs, ensures precision and repeatability.
The controlled penetration system (patented) ensures effective performance even on tyres with rigid sidewalls, reducing the need for manual intervention by the operator and improving safety.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL ERGONOMIC CONSOLE

The control panel with display allows the rim diameter to be set electronically, ensuring quick and safe tool positioning.
The controls, divided into three working areas, make the machine easy and intuitive to use.

SAFE AND UNIVERSAL WHEEL LOCK

The self-centring flange ensures quick and secure clamping, allowing both sides of the tyre to be removed without having to turn the wheel over, whilst maintaining optimum ergonomics.
Available in a manual clamping version or an AUTOMATIC version with pneumatic clamping.

INTEGRATED PRESS FITTING

The tyre press, fitted as standard on all models, is height-adjustable and is ideal for run-flat tyres, ensuring control and stability even during the most demanding operations.

WORKPLACE ERGONOMICS

The pedals, control panel and wheel loading mechanism are all positioned on the same side, with a consistent working height to reduce physical strain and improve daily productivity.
The wheel lift is available as an option for easier handling of heavier wheels.
