FLAG ARM – SEMI-AUTOMATIC CONFIGURATION

The cantilever arm enables simple and effective operation of the machine, making it ideal for repetitive machining operations on various types of wheels.
The system ensures fast operation and precise control of tool movement.

SELF-CENTRING

The self-centring device is capable of securing the rim from both the inside and the outside without damaging it, thanks to the plastic protective covers supplied as standard.

A set of motorcycle wheel adaptors (optional) is available to further enhance its versatility.

HIGH-POWERED STALLION

The tyre leever is driven by a double-acting cylinder, which ensures power and durability.

The plastic guards on the blade and the side support help to protect alloy wheels during tyre removal operations.

SIMPLE AND PRECISE TOOL POSITIONING

The tool is positioned by means of:

  • horizontal adjustment using a threaded handwheel
  • vertical lifting and locking with a single lever

This solution allows the position to be maintained on wheels of the same size, thereby speeding up the work.
