Monster AG TT is the Corghi tyre changer designed to meet the most complex demands of the truck, earthmoving, agricultural, and transportation fleet sectors, introducing a new generation of automated, safe, and high-performance operations.

It is the only machine in the world to integrate “Leva la Leva®” technology in the industrial segment, enabling fully automated tire removal and mounting, with a drastic reduction in physical effort and operational risks.

Thanks to its electro-hydraulic control unit, synchronized movements between the chuck and tool block, and advanced systems such as S.T.S. (Side-To-Side) and automatic position memory, the Monster AG TT ensures optimal management of every work phase, even on the largest and heaviest wheels.

The absence of a base frame and the ability to work with the wheel raised just a few centimeters further enhance operator safety, making the machine the gold standard for those working in industrial tyre maintenance.

‘LEVER-LESS’ TECHNOLOGY – FULL AUTOMATION

The integrated ‘Leva la Leva’ device enables fully automated tyre removal, eliminating the need for a tyre lever and reducing stress on the tyre and risks to the operator.

COMPLETE ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

All movements of the Monster AG TT tooling unit are controlled by an advanced electro-hydraulic
system, designed to ensure high force, precision and operational continuity
even during the most demanding machining operations.
This configuration allows the machine to handle large tyres with ease, whilst maintaining full control of the machine at all times and ensuring consistent performance over time.

SYNCHRONISED TOOL–WHEEL MOTION

The system ensures perfect contact between the tools and the wheel thanks to the synchronised movement of the spindle and the tool assembly.
This approach reduces stress on the tyre, minimises the risk of deformation and preserves the integrity of the rims and components, whilst at the same time improving the quality of the work and extending the service life of the tools.

‘SIDE TO SIDE’ (S.T.S.) SYSTEM

The Side To Side (S.T.S.) system enables
tools
to be moved automatically from one side of the tyre to the other, without the need for manual intervention by the operator.

This function speeds up the work cycle, makes operations run more smoothly and helps to increase overall efficiency when working on industrial tyres.

HIGH-CAPACITY INDUSTRIAL SELF-CENTRING DEVICE

The self-centring clamping system ensures maximum versatility and operational safety.
The patented folding clamps and 9 clamping positions allow the machine to be used on rims ranging from 14” to 58”, making it suitable for any industrial application.

ERGONOMICS AND OPERATIONAL SAFETY

The machine is designed to operate in complete safety, with the wheel held just a few centimetres above the ground.
The ergonomic remote control allows all operations to be controlled without coming into contact with the tools, thereby reducing fatigue and risks for the operator.
