PROADAS TS-3D DIGITAL is the Corghi system designed to integrate ADAS device calibration with compatible 3D wheel alignment systems from the Nexion Group.

The 75-inch digital screen displays calibration panels at the 1:1 scale, in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The use of 3D wheel alignment technology allows the workstation to be positioned quickly and precisely relative to the vehicle’s thrust line.

Once the alignment check or wheel alignment adjustment is complete, the operator can start the ADAS procedure and use the aligner’s cameras to guide the system’s positioning. In this way, alignment and calibration become part of a single workflow, reducing operating time and improving the quality of the service.

Once the alignment has been checked or adjusted, the operator can proceed directly to calibrating the ADAS systems.

Chassis technology allows the workstation to be positioned in accordance with the vehicle’s actual geometry.

Pre-set values and simplified procedures reduce errors and make the device easy to use straight away.

ELECTRIC HANDLING

The motorised raising and lowering mechanisms allow a single technician to carry out all the adjustments.

ERGONOMICS AND MOBILITY

Adjustments are made from the same position; four swivel castors make it easy to move the unit around.
