PROFIL GO is Corghi’s dynamic tire tread profile measuring system, designed to automatically scan tyres as the vehicle passes through. Compatible with any repair shop, it integrates easily into existing workflows and provides fast, accurate tread measurements without requiring manual intervention.

The system uses advanced technology based on 8 lasers, 4 machine vision cameras, and a camera for automatic license plate recognition, allowing it to capture detailed information on tyre condition and automatically link the report to the vehicle being analyzed.

PROFIL GO generates a full-color diagnostic report that highlights tread wear and provides recommendations regarding alignment and braking distance safety. Its composite construction and lack of moving parts help ensure reliability and durability.

LASER TECHNOLOGY AND MACHINE VISION

PROFIL GO uses 8 lasers and 4 machine vision cameras to detect the profile of the tyres with precision and in great detail.

AUTOMATIC VEHICLE NUMBER PLATE RECOGNITION

The built-in LPR camera automatically recognises the vehicle’s number plate and matches the scan results to the correct vehicle.

CLOUD-BASED COLOUR DIAGNOSTIC REPORT

The results are presented in an easy-to-understand report within the WeNext platform, which highlights uneven tyre wear, any potential alignment issues, braking distance and a photograph of the vehicle’s number plate.

CLOUD COMPUTING

Data scanning and processing take place in the cloud, ensuring fast processing and data security.

DESIGN WITHOUT MOVING PARTS

The composite structure is designed to withstand exposure to chemicals and salt spray, whilst the absence of moving parts contributes to its long-term reliability.
