The ProLine 124 is Corghi’s semi-automatic tyre changer with a swing arm, designed for servicing tyres on passenger cars and light-duty vehicles.
Thanks to its ability to handle rims up to 24", it offers a versatile solution for workshops that need a reliable and easy-to-use machine for their daily operations.  Its sturdy construction and traditional design ensure continuous operation and ease of use, while its greater capacity compared to more compact models allows it to handle a wider range of wheels.

To facilitate more demanding operations, the HSU24 helper (part no. 8-11900263) is available upon request; it was developed to provide additional support during tyre mounting and dismounting.

FLAG ARM

The semi-automatic configuration with a cantilever arm offers ease of operation and control during tyre fitting and removal.  

HELPER HSU24 (OPTIONAL)

Available on request, the HSU24 helper assists the operator when handling the most challenging wheels

COMPATIBLE WITH MOTORCYCLE APPLICATIONS

The availability of dedicated accessories means the machine can also be used on motorbikes, using specific heads and adaptors.

AVAILABLE ACCESSORIES

The ProLine 124 can be fitted with a WRSB wheel rotation support, an FWL 65 wheel lift, motorbike adaptors, a rim protection kit and a tyre pressure monitoring system.
