The ProLine 440 is Corghi’s semi-automatic tyre changer, designed for workshops seeking the right balance between performance and medium-to-heavy-duty use.

Features and functions

HIGH-STRENGTH SELF-CENTRING

The self-centring device is fitted with new clamps made from high-tensile special steel, designed to ensure the wheel is held securely and stably during machining operations.  

TOOL ARM WITH HYDRAULIC LIFT

The tool trolley is semi-automatic and uses a hydraulic lifting system that enables work to be carried out quickly and with less physical effort.

RAPID TRANSLATION OF THE TOOL ARM

One of the machine’s distinctive features is the lateral movement of the tool arm. Thanks to its 710 mm stroke, tool positioning is quick and efficient during machining operations.

ERGONOMIC CONTROL CONSOLE

The control console has been designed with a particular focus on ergonomics to enable the operator to work easily, comfortably and without distractions.
