The ProLine 221 is Corghi’s semi-automatic tyre changer with a swing arm, designed for servicing tyres on passenger cars and light-duty vehicles. Its sturdy construction and traditional design make it a reliable solution for a tire shop’s daily operations.  Capable of handling rims up to 21", the ProLine 221 combines ease of use with robust construction, offering a practical approach to tyre mounting and dismounting operations.  

To facilitate more demanding tasks, the HSA21 helper (part no. 8-11900262) is available upon request; it was developed to provide additional support during tire mounting and dismounting operations.

FLAG ARM

The semi-automatic configuration with a cantilever arm ensures intuitive operation and easy management of tyre fitting and removal operations.

HELPER HSA21 (OPTIONAL)

The HSA21 helper is available on request to assist the operator during the most demanding operations.  

COMPATIBLE WITH MOTORCYCLE APPLICATIONS

Specialised accessories for motorbikes are available, including a tyre changer head for motorbikes and specific adaptors. 

AVAILABLE ACCESSORIES

The ProLine 221 can be fitted with tyre pressure monitoring devices, wheel protection kits and accessories designed specifically for motorbike use.
