The ProLine 150 Truck is Corghi’s electronic wheel balancer with a digital display, designed for balancing wheels on trucks, buses, and passenger cars. The machine incorporates solutions tailored to the truck sector, such as the built-in scissor lift, the 40-mm spindle, and the automatic wheel size detection system via Smart Arm FSP.
The Smart Arm system electronically captures the wheel’s geometric data and, thanks to the FSP (Fast Selection Program) function, automatically activates the correct balancing program for clip-on weights or adhesive weights, eliminating the need for manual selections via the keyboard.
Inverter technology manages the automatic spin-up and braking cycle, while the RPA (Automatic Positioning) function automatically moves the wheel into the correct position for applying the balancing weight, helping to improve operating speed and measurement precision.

200 KG INTEGRATED LIFT

The built-in scissor lift allows wheels weighing up to 200 kg to be handled and makes it easier to centre them during wheel balancing.

VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE WHEEL

The Visual Inspection function enables any geometric defects in the wheel to be checked during inspection procedures.

PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMMES

The ProLine 150 Truck features 7 programmes for alloy wheels, a ‘Hidden Weight’ function, multi-operator environments, energy-saving modes and software updates via a USB port.

LASER & LED KIT (optional)

The Laser & LED kit illuminates the work area and assists with the positioning of the adhesive counterweights using a laser pointer.
