The ProLine 750 is Corghi’s digital wheel balancer, designed to work on steel and light-alloy wheels for passenger cars, SUVs, light commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and scooters. The balancing cycle is fully automatic, allowing for quick and intuitive work on the main applications found in the workshop.
The range is available in the ProLine 750 Professional and ProLine 750 Basic versions. The Professional version features the Smart Arm FSP system with automatic detection of wheel diameter and distance, while the Basic version requires manual entry of this data. All versions come standard with a wheel guard and automatic spin-up, ensuring convenience and ease of use in daily balancing tasks.

FSP SMART ARM (Professional Version)
The system electronically measures the distance and wheel diameter (up to 26″), automatically activating the balancing programmes without the need for manual selections via the keypad.
ASSISTED COUNTERWEIGHT POSITIONING
The adhesive counterweights can be applied manually or with the aid of the weight-holding clip or the optional laser pointer, depending on the user’s operational preferences.
LED AND LASER ILLUMINATOR
Available as an optional kit, it illuminates the work area, making it easier to clean the rim and fit the counterweights.
HIDDEN WEIGHT PROGRAMME
A feature designed to conceal the counterweights behind the rim spokes, thereby enhancing the wheel’s appearance.
OPT FLASH PROGRAMME
It identifies the ideal position between the tyre and the rim to help reduce the overall imbalance of the wheel.
DIGITAL DISPLAY AND WEIGHT HOLDER PLATFORM
A bright display and an ergonomic weight-holding platform made from highly durable material, ensuring the accessories and counterweights are kept tidy.
