The ProLine 780 is the Corghi wheel balancer with an LCD monitor, designed for balancing steel and light-alloy wheels on passenger cars, SUVs, light commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and scooters. The work cycle is fully automatic and managed by software developed in Italy, designed to handle the main wheel types found in a workshop.
Its compact size, combined with a sturdy structure, allows the machine to be easily integrated into any work environment. The keyboard with a minimal number of controls facilitates quick learning, while the ergonomic counterweight tray provides organized storage space for counterweights and accessories.
The FSP Smart Arm function electronically detects the wheel’s distance and diameter and automatically activates the correct balancing program, eliminating the need for manual selections via the keypad.

SMART ARM FSP
The electronic measurement of wheel diameter and distance for wheels up to 26″ is integrated with the FSP Smart Arm function, which automatically activates the balancing programmes, eliminating the need for manual selection via the keypad.
ASSISTED COUNTERWEIGHT POSITIONING
The adhesive counterweights can be applied manually, using weight-holding clips or a laser pointer (optional), offering different operating modes to suit the operator’s needs.
LED LIGHT AND LASER POINTER
Available as part of the optional Laser & LED kit, it illuminates the work area to make it easier to clean the rim and fit the balance weights.
SPECIAL PROGRAMMES
The machine features the Hidden Weight programme, which allows the counterweights to be concealed behind the rim spokes, and Opt Flash, which suggests the ideal position between the tyre and the rim to reduce the overall imbalance of the wheel.
ERGONOMIC WEIGHT RACK
The weight-carrying platform is designed to provide a spacious and tidy working area for counterweights and accessories, using high-strength materials.
