The Artiglio A2022 is Corghi’s automatic tyre changer, designed to offer maximum operational convenience, long-term reliability, and versatility of use, while maintaining an extremely competitive price-to-quality ratio.
As the direct successor to the proven A2020 model, the A2022 expands its operational capabilities by introducing a larger maximum wheel diameter and a removable pedal unit, further improving ergonomics and work speed.

Equipped with a pneumatically tilting column and a self-centring turntable for wheels up to 22”, the A2022 is ideal for working on passenger car wheels, light commercial vehicle wheels, and motorcycle wheels.
The ground clearance of the self-centring turntable—just 665 mm—enables quick and easy operations, reducing operator effort during mounting and dismounting.

Available with traditional inflation or with the T.I. bead seating and inflation system, as well as in a DV version with a dual-speed motor, the A2022 represents a complete and flexible solution for the workshop seeking a robust and easy-to-use automatic machine for everyday use.

PNEUMATICALLY TILTABLE POST

The pneumatically tilting arm support column allows quick access to the wheel and improves safety during operation. Combined with the low height of the self-centring plate (665 mm), it ensures smooth and rapid operations.

PNEUMATIC SELF-CENTRING DEVICE

The self-centring device is fitted with a double pneumatic cylinder, capable of securely clamping any type of wheel rim.
The taller cast clamps ensure a better grip from both the inside and outside, whilst the plastic guards protect more delicate wheel rims.

STALLION STAND WITH PATENTED TELESCOPIC SUPPORT

The tyre-removal unit incorporates a two-position telescopic rim support (Corghi patent), which allows work to be carried out on all types of wheels up to 14” in width.
The technical solutions employed ensure correct positioning of the tyre bead breaker, making tyre removal more effective, quicker and safer.

DISMANTLING AND ASSEMBLY TOWER

This newly designed tyre mounting and demounting tool is fitted with a rear flange that makes it easier to guide the tyre onto the rim during fitting.
The plastic guards prevent marks on the rims and ensure the machine is effective even on RFT, UHP and BSR tyres, when used in conjunction with the bead press (accessory).

PNEUMATIC LOCKING OF THE ARMS

The simultaneous pneumatic locking of the horizontal arm and the vertical turret arm allows the head to be automatically positioned in the ideal working position, improving precision and repeatability.
