The A2030 is Corghi’s automatic tyre changer, designed to operate quickly, precisely, and reliably on the wheels of passenger cars, SUVs, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles, with particular effectiveness on large alloy rims and low-profile tyres.

Equipped with a pneumatically tilting, self-centring turntable that accommodates rims up to 26”, the A2030 ensures ease of use, ergonomics, and operational speed, reducing operator effort during mounting and dismounting. The careful design of each component ensures smooth movements, rapid positioning, and maximum rim protection and tyre protection, even during the most demanding operations.

Available with traditional inflation or with the T.I. bead seating and inflation system, the A2030 offers a versatile and comprehensive solution for workshops seeking high performance and everyday reliability.

Features and functions

PATENTED 2-IN-1 SELF-CENTRING MECHANISM

The standard self-centring device uses a patented Corghi system
that allows the working range to be adjusted from 10”–22” to 14”–26” with a single simple operation.
The shape of the turntable facilitates quick positioning of the wheel, particularly on large diameters, thereby improving safety during tyre removal.

 

ADJUSTABLE AND EXTENDABLE STALL

The standard tyre leever features:

  • an extendable blade, ideal for large wheels and off-road use
  • a patented swivel arm, which always maintains the correct working angle

The result is more effective, faster and safer tyre removal, whilst ensuring maximum protection for both tyre and rim.

The two-position telescopic rim support (Corghi patent) allows work to be carried out on wheels up to 14” wide.

DISASSEMBLY TOWER WITH PNEUMATIC LOCKING MECHANISM

The simultaneous pneumatic locking of the horizontal and vertical arms automatically positions the turret in the ideal working position, improving speed and precision.
The newly designed tyre mounting and demounting tool is fitted with a rear flap that facilitates the tyre’s entry onto the rim and reduces the risk of damage, even to RFT, UHP and BSR tyres (when used in conjunction with the optional bead press).

  • Removable footrest, to facilitate inspection and maintenance
