The A2025 is Corghi’s automatic tyre changer, designed to ensure reliability, speed, and ergonomics in daily tyre mounting and dismounting operations.
It features a pneumatically tilting post and a self-centring turntable for rims up to 24”, making it ideal for working on wheels from passenger cars, SUVs, light commercial vehicles, and motorcycles.

The machine’s structure is reinforced to ensure stability and durability, while the careful design of the self-centring turntable, bead breaker, and tools allows for smooth movements, quick positioning, and maximum rim and tyre protection—even the most delicate ones.

Available with traditional inflation or the T.I. bead-seating and inflation system, the A2025 is a complete and versatile solution, designed for the workshop looking for a reliable, easy-to-use automatic tyre changer that’s always ready for work.

PATENTED 2-IN-1 SELF-CENTRING MECHANISM

The standard self-centring device uses a patented Corghi system
that allows the working range to be adjusted from 10”–20” to 14”–24” with a simple operation by the operator.
The shape of the turntable facilitates quick positioning of the tyre, reducing the space required and improving safety during tyre removal.

STALLONATOR WITH EXTENDABLE BLADE

The standard tyre changer is fitted with an extendable blade, a particularly effective solution for:

large wheels
SUV and off-road wheels

This configuration ensures correct positioning of the tyre lever, making tyre
removal quicker, more effective and safer
, whilst reducing the risk of damage to the tyre and rim.
The two-position telescopic rim support (Corghi patent
) allows work to be carried out on wheels up to 14” wide

TURRET WITH PNEUMATIC LOCKING MECHANISM

The simultaneous pneumatic locking of the horizontal and vertical arms allows the turret to be automatically positioned in the ideal working position, improving precision and operational speed.

The newly designed tyre removal and fitting tool features a rear flap that facilitates the insertion of the tyre into the rim and reduces the risk of damage.
It is
also particularly effective on RFT, UHP and BSR tyres
, when used in conjunction with the bead press (accessory).
