ARTIGLIO 50 is the next generation of Corghi’s automatic tyre changer, featuring “Leva la Leva®” technology, designed to work safely and efficiently on wheels for cars, SUVs, and commercial vehicles up to 30”.

Thanks to “Leva la Leva®” technology, the ARTIGLIO 50 permanently eliminates physical strain on the operator and reduces the risk of damage to delicate or difficult rims and tyres—such as low-profile and Run Flat tyres—while also cutting down on the time required to service next-generation wheels.

The careful design of each component has resulted in a machine with a compact footprint, optimized working heights, and ergonomically positioned controls.
By introducing innovative solutions such as the 180° rotating single-arm bead breaker unit and the “Easy To Fit” concept, the ARTIGLIO 50 sets new standards for convenience, quick maintenance, and operational efficiency.

‘LEVER THE LEVER’ TECHNOLOGY

The ‘Leva la Leva’ technology applied to the turret allows disassembly operations to be carried out without the need for a lever, thereby eliminating the physical strain on the operator.
The assembly procedure retains the same movements, ensuring ease of use and speed of execution

PATENTED 180° ROTATING SINGLE-ARM STALLONATORE UNIT

The single-arm automatic tyre-removal unit, with 180° rotation, ensures precise, rapid and repeatable tyre
removal
on both sides.
The controlled penetration system
enables even the most challenging tyres to be handled effectively and safely.

DOUBLE STALLIONING PROCEDURE

Artiglio 50 allows:

  • a standard procedure for removing the lower bead
  • a quick procedure using a bead breaker disc, particularly suitable for tyres with stiff sidewalls

WHEEL CLAMPING SYSTEM – DISC CLAMPING SYSTEM

The self-centring flange ensures the wheel is clamped quickly and securely, allowing both sides of the tyre to be removed in a single operation, without having to turn the wheel

MOTOINVERTER

The 2-speed motor-inverter system ensures the right torque at the right speed (7–18 rpm), improving control, safety and the quality of the work.
