AGT TILT HYDRO is the Corghi mobile tyre changer designed to work on truck, bus, and trailer tyres in mobile workshops. Compact and lightweight, it was developed to ensure high performance in on-site service operations, while remaining easy to set up and use.

The system uses a hydraulic motor to rotate the self-centring turntable, designed to ensure greater rotational force while also providing maximum precision during the most delicate movements. The sturdy frame structure helps minimize flexing even during the most demanding work phases.
Like other AGT TILT systems, the machine features a ground-supported structure that, once opened, becomes an integral part of the vehicle, ensuring high stability and ergonomic working conditions even outside the workshop.

HYDRAULIC ROTATION MOTOR

The hydraulic drive of the self-centring mechanism ensures high torque and precise control during assembly and disassembly operations.

GROUND-MOUNTED STABILISED STRUCTURE

Once the machine has been opened out, the structure rests directly on the ground, creating a stable and secure system that works in synergy with the vehicle.

REMOVAL TOOL

The new design of the tyre mounting and demounting tool improves the smoothness of the tyre bead’s movement, minimising friction during operation.

The new motorisation of the generator set and the energy balancing system enable the tyre changer and compressor to operate at 100 per cent of their available power.
