ARTIGLIO 55 is the mobile version of Corghi’s automatic tyre changer featuring Leva la Leva® technology, designed to work on the wheels of passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles up to 30". The machine retains all the technical and operational features of the ARTIGLIO 50, combining them with a configuration developed specifically for mobile service.

Thanks to “Leva la Leva®” technology, the physical strain on the operator during removal operations is completely eliminated, while also reducing the risk of damaging particularly delicate or difficult rims and tyres, including low-profile and Run Flat tyres.

The ARTIGLIO 55 is designed to be installed inside mobile service vehicles. The pneumatically assisted travel system allows the machine to be quickly moved in and out of the van, enabling the operator to work outside the vehicle with the tyre changer firmly resting on the ground.

Features and functions

TECHNOLOGY: LEVER UP

The dismantling procedure retains the normal working movements whilst permanently eliminating the physical strain on the operator, thanks to the technology incorporated into the assembly and dismantling turret. The assembly procedure also retains its practicality and operational speed.

PNEUMATICALLY ASSISTED TRANSLATION

A system developed specifically for the ARTIGLIO 55, which allows the machine to be moved quickly and effortlessly in and out of the van.

180° ROTATING SINGLE-ARM STALLONATORE UNIT

Automatic deburring unit with 180° rotation, designed to deburr both sides quickly, precisely and consistently.

CONTROLLED PENETRATION SYSTEM

The new controlled penetration system is designed to effectively handle even the most challenging tyres during the tyre removal process.

SELF-CENTRING WITH A FLANGE

It enables the wheel to be clamped quickly and securely and allows both sides of the tyre to be demounted without having to rotate the tyre.

TWO-SPEED MOTOR INVERTER

An intelligent system that delivers the right torque at the correct working speed, with rotational speeds ranging from 7 to 18 rpm.
