The HD 650 TILT is Corghi’s mobile tyre changer designed for tire service on trucks, buses, and heavy transport directly at the job site. Designed to be installed on a van equipped with a dedicated generator set, the machine transforms the vehicle into a true mobile workshop, ensuring rapid service and operational autonomy.

The configuration was developed to deliver professional-grade performance in a compact, easy-to-install format. Thanks to its clamping capacity of up to 26", its ability to handle wheels weighing up to 1,000 kg, and the availability of on-board electricity and compressed air, the HD 650 TILT is an ideal solution for emergency response and on-site service.

The system can be supplemented with dedicated accessories such as the bead breaker disc and the alloy rim clamp, further expanding the tyre changer’s range of applications.

The Lombardini diesel generator set and the piston compressor provide electricity and compressed air directly on board the vehicle
