The BT 250E S FlatBOX is the Corghi roller brake tester designed for modern inspection centres. Thanks to the new FlatBOX architecture, it allows for the testing of light vehicles weighing up to 3.5 metric tons and, through specific customization kits, can also be configured for two-wheeled motorcycles, tricycles, and quadricycles.

The monoblock structure ensures durability and the ability to upgrade over time, while the modular configuration allows the system to be adapted to the test station’s current and future operational needs. The test bench complies with the MCTCNet 2 standard in both DIR and RETE configurations.

The completely redesigned User Interface (UI), icon-based software, touchscreen Monitor, and multifunction remote control make measurement operations simple, fast, and intuitive for the operator.
