The BT 250E S PlusBOX is Corghi’s roller brake tester, developed for inspection centres that require superior performance, maximum measurement precision, and advanced management of new vehicle technologies. Designed for vehicles up to 3.5 metric tons, it incorporates a new electronic architecture that places it at the top of its class.

The Plus version introduces a maximum braking force of up to 7,000 N (8,400 N peak), inverter-controlled gearmotors for full torque and speed control, automatic 4WD detection, a dedicated procedure for vehicles with electric parking brakes, and the EDOS electronic drum release system.

The test bench also features the new icon-based software, a multifunction remote control, a touchscreen interface, and the LCT ADV measurement cabinet, ensuring simple, fast, and intuitive operation for the user.

It automatically identifies all-wheel-drive vehicles and manages the test accordingly

A specific procedure for inspecting vehicles fitted with an EPB (Electric Parking Brake).

Inverter-controlled gear motors, EDOS system for electronic roll-off and slip measurement via a dual sensor.
