Brake test bench for heavy and light vehicles

The T-BT 115-2S is the flagship brake tester in the Corghi lineup, designed for both heavy- and light-duty vehicles and equipped with two test speeds to ensure maximum operational flexibility. Built to handle vehicles with axle loads of up to 20 metric tons, it combines high-precision measurement technologies with fully automated test management, providing reliable and accurate analyses of braking performance.

The system uses high-precision strain gauge load cells, an integrated weighing system with 4 load cells per test half, as well as separate sensors for wheel and roller speed, ensuring precise evaluation of braking force and wheel slip.

It is suitable for testing vehicles equipped with tyre, hydraulic, and combined braking systems, as well as ABS and permanent all-wheel drive (4WD) systems. Additionally, the optional full-load extrapolation technology allows for the simulation of various vehicle load conditions.

The product line also includes the T-BT 111 E model, a single-speed version developed specifically for heavy-duty vehicles.
