The KRATOS 28.0 is Corghi’s new vehicle lift, designed for the professional lifting of trucks, buses, and industrial vehicles. Developed to offer maximum structural stability, electronic control, and operational safety, it represents an advanced solution for repair shops that work with heavy-duty vehicles on a daily basis. Its unique “Y”-shaped structure ensures optimal load distribution and guarantees high stability during all phases of operation. The electronic balancing system constantly monitors the movement of the lanes, ensuring uniform and perfectly synchronized lifting even with particularly heavy loads. KRATOS is available with modular bays starting at 8 meters, expandable up to 11.8 meters, with the option to create custom configurations. The structure can be installed either at floor level or recessed, easily adapting to different workshop layouts.

'Y'-SHAPED STRUCTURAL GEOMETRY

The Y-configuration improves force distribution and ensures a high level of structural stability during all lifting operations.

ELECTRONIC VERTICAL LIFTING

An electronic system designed to ensure smooth, perfectly balanced and constantly controlled movements.

ELASTIC LOAD-COMPENSATING ELEMENT

It automatically compensates for any imbalances and ensures that the lift is stable, smooth and controlled.

LOW-MAINTENANCE STRUCTURE

A reduced number of moving parts, self-lubricating bushings and locked pins to ensure a long service life
and minimise maintenance requirements.

INTEGRATED SECURITY

Fitted with mechanical racks, safety relief valves, maximum pressure valves, alignment photocells, limit switches with audible alarms and deadman’s controls.

SIMPLIFIED ACCESSIBILITY AND MAINTENANCE

The control unit, which can be fully inspected thanks to its removable panels, allows for rapid repairs and simplifies all maintenance operations.
