R.E.M.O. 4C represents the most advanced evolution of Corghi’s wheel alignment technology. Thanks to four independent measuring units and the exclusive Contactless True-Live Data technology, it is now the most advanced and high-performance R.E.M.O. system ever developed.

Unlike traditional wheel alignment systems, R.E.M.O. 4C requires no brackets, adapters, or contact with the wheel or rim. The four robotic units automatically detect the vehicle geometry, capturing data from both axles simultaneously and keeping it constantly updated in real time.

The absence of preliminary preparations, automatic wheel scanning, and operation that is completely independent of the operator allow for a drastic reduction in turnaround time, transforming wheel alignment into a fast, profitable service that can easily be offered to every customer.

The system simultaneously measures the front and rear axles, keeping all data up to date at all times. There is no need to refresh the data, and the measurement remains stable, accurate and immediately available throughout all adjustment phases.

The four measuring units position themselves automatically in front of the wheels and adjust to the vehicle’s wheelbase without the need for manual intervention. This ensures measurement accuracy, operational speed and maximum repeatability of results.

AUTOMATIC WHEEL SCANNING

R.E.M.O. 4C collects data directly from the tyre and rim without the need for brackets or adaptors. The system is compatible with all types of wheels and always operates contactlessly.

PRE-CHECK-IN AT CHECK-IN DESK

The alignment system can be used as a diagnostic tool during the vehicle acceptance process. In a matter of seconds, the customer can view the vehicle’s alignment status and immediately understand whether any corrective action is required.

NO OPERATOR REQUIRED DURING MEASUREMENT

Once the process has started, the system runs automatically. The operator can then focus on other tasks or services, thereby improving the workshop’s overall efficiency.
