R.E.M.O. Truck represents a true revolution in the world of heavy-duty vehicle wheel alignment. Designed by Corghi for trucks, buses, trailers, and semi-trailers, it introduces a completely new approach to axle measurement and vehicle alignment.

Unlike traditional systems, R.E.M.O. Truck operates without contact, without brackets, and without the need to install reference bars on the chassis. Two independent robotic units automatically scan the vehicle and capture measurements extremely quickly, drastically reducing preparatory work and the overall time required for the procedure.

The entire process is fully automated and allows alignment to be performed using either the vehicle’s centerline or its thrust line as a reference. The result is a system unique on the market, capable of delivering new levels of productivity, greater precision, and extraordinary ease of use.

TWO INDEPENDENT ROBOTIC UNITS

TWO INDEPENDENT ROBOTIC UNITS

At the heart of the system are two fully independent robotic units that move along dedicated rails and automatically collect vehicle data. This architecture eliminates most of the manual operations typically involved in traditional wheel alignments.

MEASUREMENT WITHOUT BRACKETS

R.E.M.O. Truck does not require the fitting of brackets or adaptors to the wheels. The system detects the vehicle’s geometry without making any contact with the rim or tyre, thereby improving operating speed and ease of use.

NO CONTACT WITH THE WHEEL

Measurements are taken entirely without contact. This eliminates any issues relating to mechanical adjustments and enables work to be carried out on different types of vehicle quickly and consistently.

QUICK VEHICLE SCAN

The frame scan is carried out extremely quickly compared with traditional equipment. The absence of preparatory steps allows for a significant increase in workshop productivity.

DIRECT MOUNTING TO THE FRAME

When the measurement is taken in relation to the mechanical frame, there is no need to fit reference bars or any additional devices. This solution simplifies the work and further reduces the time taken to carry out the work.

COMPUTER VISION AND LASER RANGE-FINDER

The system uses high-resolution infrared cameras to measure the wheels and a dedicated laser rangefinder to measure the chassis. The combination of these technologies enables precise and repeatable data to be captured fully automatically.

STRUCTURED LIGHT PROJECTORS

High-resolution projectors and dedicated targets enable the system to accurately reconstruct the vehicle’s geometry and carry out reliable measurements even on particularly complex configurations.

CORGHI SOFTWARE AND INTERNATIONAL DATABASE

R.E.M.O. Truck is managed by dedicated Corghi software and includes an international database, offering operators a comprehensive, ready-to-use tool for managing a large fleet of vehicles.
