The Artiglio Space Saver is Corghi’s automatic tyre changer designed for workshops that need to maximize their workspace without compromising on performance, durability, and ease of use.
Its distinctive feature is the working arm with pneumatic side rotation, which ensures an extremely compact operating footprint and allows the machine to be installed right up against a wall, freeing up to 1 meter of space in the work area.

Equipped with a self-centring turntable for wheels up to 24”, the Artiglio Space Saver can handle wheels from passenger cars, SUVs, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles (with dedicated accessories), accommodating tyres up to 14” wide.
Its sturdy and reliable construction makes it suitable for intensive use, while the pneumatic rotation of the post and the front-mounted tool ensure fast, precise, and safe operations at every stage of the job.

It is available in single-speed or dual-speed versions with a motor inverter, as well as in a 12V configuration for mobile service in the Space Saver R version, ideal for on-site service.

PNEUMATIC ROTATING OPERATING POLE

The column, which operates via pneumatic lateral rotation, is at the heart of the Space Saver concept. This solution drastically reduces the machine’s overall dimensions and allows for easy operation even in very confined spaces, thereby improving workshop organisation.

 

DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY TOWER

This newly designed tyre mounting and demounting tool features a rear flange that makes it easier to guide the tyre onto the rim during fitting and reduces the risk of damage. The plastic guards protect the most delicate rims and ensure the machine is effective even on RFT, UHP and BSR tyres, when used in conjunction with the bead press (accessory).

HIGH-PERFORMANCE BREEDING STALLION

The tyre-separating arm incorporates specialised technical solutions to facilitate work on wheels up to 14” wide.

Thanks to quick set-up procedures, the tyre-separating blade always maintains the correct position relative to the wheel
, preventing damage to the tyre and rim.

COMPACT, PATENTED SELF-CENTRING DEVICE

The Artiglio Space Saver self-centring wheel aligner combines high performance with a compact design. The patented mechanism allows it to work on wheels ranging from 10” to 26”, with quick adjustment of the operating range from 10”–20” to 14”–24” (external locking).
