The T-BT118 is the Corghi roller brake tester designed for inspection centres and repair shops that service industrial vehicles. Approved in accordance with MCTC circulars RU26248 and RU17937 and compliant with the latest European directives on braking tests, it allows for testing of vehicles equipped with pneumatic, combined, and hydraulic braking systems.

The T-BT118 model is classified as a Class 2 brake tester and allows for testing vehicles with a maximum axle weight of 13 metric tons. The product line also includes the T-BT100 model, classified as Class 1 and designed for vehicles with a maximum axle weight of 10 metric tons.

The system integrates static and dynamic weighing via 8 load cells, separate measurement of roller and wheel speed for precise slip control, a multifunction radio remote control with a pedal force meter, and dedicated software for full-load extrapolation.
