Artiglio Master 28 is the Corghi tyre changer featuring Leverless technology, designed to handle different types of wheels while protecting the rim and tyre throughout demounting and mounting operations.

The exclusive SMART Corghi System maintains a constant distance between the tool and the rim, preventing contact during operation. The synchronised movement of the tool and rim also eliminates stress on the tyre, helping ensure maximum safety for the valve sensor.

The demounting head combines solutions developed for Artiglio Master 26 and Artiglio Master CODE, while the twin bead breaker with controlled penetration ensures precision, speed and repeatability.

Also available in an AUTOMATIC version with electromechanical wheel clamping, Artiglio Master 28 provides precise, reliable and consistent wheel clamping, in line with Corghi Master range standards.

DOUBLE BEAD BREAKER WITH CONTROLLED PENETRATION

The dynamic tyre-removal system, featuring twin mirror-image removal discs, ensures precision, speed and repeatability.
The patented controlled penetration mechanism guarantees effective performance even on tyres with stiff sidewalls, minimising the need for operator intervention and enhancing operational safety.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL ERGONOMIC CONSOLE

The control console with display allows you to set the rim diameter electronically
and ensures quick and safe tool positioning.
The controls, divided into three working areas, make the machine straightforward and intuitive
to use.

SAFE AND UNIVERSAL WHEEL CLAMP

The self-centring disc clamp
ensures quick and secure clamping
, allowing both sides of the tyre to be de-mounted without having to turn the wheel over, whilst maintaining optimum ergonomics.

Artiglio Master 28 is available with manual wheel clamping or, in the AUTOMATIC version, with electromechanical wheel clamping.

INTEGRATED PRESS FITTING

The tyre press, fitted as standard on all versions, is height-adjustable and is ideal for run-flat tyres, ensuring control and stability during the most demanding operations.

WORKPLACE ERGONOMICS

The pedals, control panel and wheel loading mechanism are all positioned on the same side, with a consistent working height
to reduce physical strain.
The wheel lift is available as an optional extra for even easier handling of heavier wheels.
