The Smart Corghi System has always been synonymous with the Master. Today, this is even more true, as we have enhanced its precision thanks to synchronised hydraulic movements and a redesigned tool assembly.
Automatic wheel removal
Master FORCE offers Go Mate, the power of fast, precise and reliable automation. Go Mate is an irreplaceable work companion, always at the operator’s side. It enables the tyre changer to be used via an automatic operating cycle. The new management software, drawing on Corghi’s expertise, is designed to protect rims and tyres. Both automatic and manual operating cycles have been improved, reducing cycle times by 20 per cent (based on a single tyre change). Two operating cycles are available: Normal-RFT and Soft. This alone demonstrates just how intuitive the Master Force will be to use.
Unprecedented working speed
The combined use of hydraulic and pneumatic drives not only provides considerable force but has also made it possible to optimise the working cycle. As a result, the working time for the removal and fitting cycle is shorter than that of any other tyre changer.
The innovative hydraulic movements ensure ease and speed of use. At the same time, the maximum precision of these movements makes the Master FORCE versatile and ideal for everyday use, even during periods of peak workload.
Stamping with automatic lubrication
A key step is to lubricate the tyre correctly. Thanks to the spray dispensers positioned alongside the bead-separating discs, this vital task is carried out by the machine with great efficiency. Without wastage or mess, the correct amount of lubricant is dispensed; this automation allows the operator to attend to other tasks whilst the Master FORCE works autonomously. Not included in the standard version.
Premitallone 2-in-1
The very latest technology from Corghi: the 2-in-1 bead press. With a solid and robust construction, it remains perfectly aligned with the centre of the wheel at all times thanks to the electronic actuator that controls it. It’s already in position when you need it! It can be used with a single roller or in tandem with a second roller when the solid tyre requires it. The bead press is included as standard.
Latest-generation tool set
This is the heart of the FORCE Master. Based on a brand-new concept, the tool assembly has been completely redesigned to deliver maximum performance, greater efficiency and better protection for the rim and tyre. All the tools operate on the same working axis; tyre removal is made gentler thanks to the tapered tool, whilst the aligned bead breaker disc positions itself quickly and automatically returns to its resting position. The presence of the bead press alongside the tools provides further essential support during the various stages of the process.
Dual-function wheel lift
This feature is one of the essential characteristics of a top-of-the-range machine. It provides tangible assistance on a daily basis. Its dual-function mechanism first lifts the wheel and then, in quick succession, positions it precisely, ready to be secured. The wheel lift is always fitted as standard.
Ergonomic, swivelling console
Thorough research has led to the design of this new, ergonomic and functional control console. The main controls are in the same position and have the same functions as those on the well-known Master CODE, making the transition to the new Master FORCE straightforward. We offer the option to position it according to your working habits. This new console will make it even easier to work with top-of-the-range equipment. The INFLATRON automatic inflation system is available in the FULL version.
