Artiglio UNIFORMITY is the world’s first diagnostic tyre changer capable of transforming the routine tyre-change operation into a true wheel diagnostic process.
Thanks to Corghi’s proprietary technology, it allows for match-mounting to be performed directly on the tyre changer, eliminating unnecessary steps between the tyre changer and the wheel balancer and increasing the efficiency of the service offered at the shop.

During the normal mounting and dismounting phases, the UNIFORMITY claw analyzes the rim geometry and tyre uniformity, measuring radial and lateral forces—which are among the main causes of road vibrations, uneven wear, and driving discomfort.
The system suggests to the tire technician the best tyre-to-rim match, solving the problem at its root and improving the vehicle’s comfort and safety. 

All operations—mounting, diagnostics, and match-mounting—are performed on a single machine, reducing time, errors, and handling, and allowing the wheel balancer to be used only for the final balancing phase.

WHEEL DIAGNOSIS – GUIDED MATCH-MOUNTING

During normal operation, Artiglio UNIFORMITY analyses the rim geometry and the radial and lateral stiffness of the tyre, identifying any anomalies that cause vibrations. 
The system guides the operator towards the optimum tyre-rim match-mounting, the only genuine technical solution to the problem. 

PRESSURE ROLLER – SIMULATION OF ROAD BEHAVIOUR

The variable-load pressure roller simulates real-world road conditions, enabling the precise measurement of the tyre’s radial (RFV) and lateral (LFV) forces.
This allows for a reliable and immediate diagnosis, carried out directly on the tyre changer. 

HIGH-RESOLUTION LASER TRIANGULATOR

The non-contact laser triangulator measures the geometric distortions of the rim and tyre with high precision.
The data is displayed in real time on the monitor and used by the system to guide the match-mounting process. 

‘LEVA LA LEVA’ TECHNOLOGY – ZERO CONTACT WITH THE RIM

The dismantling and fitting operations retain the characteristic movements of Corghi’s Leva la Leva technology, eliminating the physical strain on the operator and ensuring that the rim is never touched, even on high-value wheels. 

NAVISYSTEM - MULTIFUNCTION CONSOLE

The console is equipped with NaviSystem, enabling quick and intuitive navigation through the diagnostic menus.
The graphical interface guides the operator step by step, making the system easy to use even for the most advanced operations.
