The ERCO 5022 CEL is Corghi’s 2-post electromechanical lift, designed for lifting particularly heavy vehicles, vans, and armored cars. With a lifting capacity of 5,000 kg, a sturdy structure, and two independent, electronically synchronized motors, it offers a professional solution for workshops that service heavy-duty vehicles.
The system uses two motors—one for each column—controlled by an electronic board that manages the synchronization of movement. The automatic and continuous lubrication of the lead screws and nuts helps reduce maintenance and ensures long-term reliability. Additionally, an automatic safety device activates in the event of excessive wear on the load nut, enhancing operational safety.
The range also includes the 4,000 kg ERCO 4022 ELX, a version equipped with extra-long, 4-stage symmetrical arms and a minimum pick-up height of just 70 mm, designed to work on both city cars and long-wheelbase vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter.
