The ET1680 TruckLine is Corghi’s wheel balancer developed for the truck and heavy-duty sector, designed to ensure precision, speed, and ease of operation even when handling the heaviest wheels.

Equipped with a 22-inch Touchscreen monitor, Smart Arm Plus, and an integrated pneumatic lift, it allows for work on wheels weighing up to 300 kg, minimizing operator effort and improving the efficiency of the entire balancing process.

SMART ARM PLUS WITH FSP AND LASERBLADE

The Smart Arm Plus system automatically detects the distance and diameter of wheels up to 30″, independently activating the correct programme thanks to the FSP (Fast Selection Programme) function. The LaserBlade pointer improves precision when positioning and identifying the inner surfaces of the rim, reducing errors and cutting down on operating times.

The application of the adhesive counterweights is guided by the Laser Line Pro system, which enables quick and precise positioning. The integrated LED light improves visibility of the work area, making it easier to clean the rim and carry out balancing operations.

ADVANCED DIAGNOSIS AND BEST FIT

When fitted with the optional sonar sensors, the ET1680 becomes a fully-fledged diagnostic station for truck wheels. The Run-Out, Best Fit and Fast Matching functions enable the identification and correction of geometric defects responsible for vibrations that cannot be resolved by traditional balancing alone.

DPA AND ELECTROMAGNETIC BRAKE

The Direct Positioning Automatic function automatically positions the wheel at the correct balancing point at the end of the cycle. The electromagnetic brake makes it easier to apply the counterweights and to carry out fitting and removal operations, making the process quicker and less tiring.
