EyeLight Plus DiagnosticLine is a diagnostic wheel balancer featuring a Touchscreen display, contactless dimension detection, an automatic wheel clamping system, automatic opening of the protective guard, comprehensive wheel diagnostics, and drift troubleshooting.

Designed for handling passenger car and light commercial vehicle wheels, it incorporates an advanced system that automatically detects wheel dimensions and guides the operator through every step of the process. The result is a machine that reduces processing time, eliminates manual errors, and makes the balancing process faster, more precise, and more intuitive—even for less experienced operators.

FULLY AUTOMATIC

A top-of-the-range Corghi wheel balancer, guaranteeing some of the fastest start-up and diagnostic times in the world, without requiring any manual intervention from the operator.

TOUCHSCREEN INTERFACE

The graphical user interface and touchscreen technology simplify and speed up operations and the selection of work programmes.

MACHINE VISION AND DIMENSION MEASUREMENT USING A CONTACTLESS SYSTEM

Without any operator intervention, EyeLight Plus uses a professional camera and advanced machine vision techniques (Corghi patent) to capture and process the image of the wheel, identifying its balancing planes. At the same time, two high-precision laser sensors carry out dimensional measurements on the wheel completely autonomously, without any contact (Contactless System), in a matter of seconds.

AUTOMATIC POSITIONING AND LED LIGHTING

At the end of the spin, the wheel is braked and automatically moved into the balancing position (RPA). The integrated LED light illuminates the work area to facilitate the cleaning of the rim and the fitting of the balance weights.

APPLICATION OF ADHESIVE COUNTERWEIGHTS

The built-in dot laser indicates, with the utmost precision, where the adhesive counterweights should be applied.

COMPREHENSIVE WHEEL DIAGNOSTICS

The diagnostic programme automatically detects:
a) the point of maximum wheel eccentricity and guides the operator in positioning the wheel correctly on the hub, before tightening the bolts, to eliminate vibrations as early as the fitting stage (BESTFIT);
b) the radial and lateral eccentricity of the wheel (1st harmonic and peak-to-peak) to calculate the best fit between the parts, thereby resolving typical vibration problems on the road (FAST-MATCHING); c) wheel drift, which causes the vehicle to pull constantly towards one side of the road whilst driving in a straight line; d) tread depth in three areas of the tyre

INTELLIGENT POSITIONING

A specialised diagnostic tool for vehicle wheel sets, designed to check tread wear, toe angles, eccentricity and imbalances. Once all the wheels have been programmed into the system, EyeLight Plus suggests the best way to position them on the vehicle to optimise comfort and safety.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PLUS

Reduce working time by up to 20 per cent and the use of counterweights by up to 30 per cent, with immediate economic and environmental benefits. A programme designed for those seeking faster and more sustainable balancing. Thanks to the three on-screen counters, you can monitor the savings in weight, time and money in real time.

WEIGHT: AUTOMATIC, HIDDEN

New “Hidden Weight Automatic” programme to split the adhesive balancing weight on the outer side into two equivalent weights, positioned out of sight behind the spokes, entirely automatically.
